Will there be an update for GQRX? I cannot compile it anymore under Macports in El Capitan.

not soon… Working on a new implementation of WINE. For Macports just wait a couple of day, usually the fix it soon. My GQRX version compiled via Macport on 10.10 works fine in 10.11.
It works fine, but I wanted to compile it under macports in El Capitan to have the latest version.
It stucks on qt4-mac. Probably there will never come a solution…
It will not compile under Macports in Mojave either. There’s a broken link to Graphviz, which I do not know how to fix, and the build exits at that point. There might be other broken links, but I’m obviously unable to find them yet.
